User Personas

Shortly after joining Sales Boomerang, I created user personas for certain main characters who will be using our platform.

I had shown presented them to customer success and shown one to engineering. I had also presented them to new sales development representatives when they joined. They are also used internally for marketing.

I had made sketches, then lofi personas, and then my boss (VP of Product) worked back and forth to iterate over the course of a sprint.
